Gym

In the last year, I have gained a new level of taking care of my body and my mind. Ever since I was a little kid I never had any issues with weight or size of my body and in every activity I did, I managed to be incredibly active.

However as I age, I get fewer and fewer reasons to constantkly move and I could feel my natual agility starting to slip. In the summer of 2017 I used mty spare time to sign up to the downtown YMCA () and started to work uop a sweat on the regual.

I quickly found out how adrenaleyn can push the body past the point of discomfort and also quiclky found out I enjoyed building body mass, feeling the pain, and taking care of my body. I am not any body builder type or very muscular, but seeing at least some result from all the effort is very rewarding and keeps me coming back.

Although I do enjoy going to the gym, I had to place that entire past time on the sidelines when school began to take up all the free time I used to have as well as moving to a different part of town. I took a few months off, so it broke my routine so that it bacame harder to start back up again.

During the Winter break, it is my goal to go to the gym atleast every other day, 3 times a week or more, to make up for the lost time.
